A genomics appstore


We helped Helix take their web-based DNA sample sequencing user journey and re-position it as the one-stop shopping platform for all genomic topics. As customers DNA was processed via the app they began their membership with, our experience would propose additional products to compliment the discovery experience. We also built out an internal “light insights” product experience to encourage more new customers to try DNA sequencing before a large investment. Helix is currently crushing the clinical DNA insights category.
